If you are in desperate need of rapid weight loss program, but don’t want to spend big dollars or hours to get the job done, then a simple but affective routine might be the perfect solution for you. The following article contains 10 steps to help get you started.

Let me tell you up front, I’m not a huge fan of rapid weight loss plans but sometimes “needs must”.

Why don’t I like speedy diets?

Is it because they don’t work?

Well, yes they do work in the short term, but in the long term, it is not advisable to put you body or mind under the sort of pressure required for fast results.

So why am I giving you 10 steps to rapid weight loss?

Simply this, one size doesn’t fit all.

There are situations in life where time is of the essence, so a slow patient approach to weight loss just doesn’t fit.

If you need to lose 10lb rapidly for an “up and coming” event or holiday then the following tips should go a long way to getting you started.

Print them out, put them on the fridge door and carry them out.

Remember this is for a short weight loss program geared to lose 5 to 10 lb.

If you follow these steps for couple of weeks you will get your desired results.

Here they are;-

10 steps to rapid weight loss.

1. Write down what you eat and drink. This will make you more aware of your eating habits and help when deciding what to eat.

2. Reduce your saturated fats intake by 50%; that is butter, margarine, mayonnaise, salad dressings and cooking oil.

3. No sweets or processed sugar products, remember this is a short sharp diet which gets results. You can do with out sugar for 10 days.

4. Protein must be low fat; e.g. chicken, turkey or fish rather than red meat or eggs.

5. Try at least one vegetarian meal per week.

6. Use low fat dairy products; e.g. low fat milk, cottage cheese and yogurt.

7. Eat plenty of fruit; use it as a replacement for those processed sugars. Use only fresh fruit.

8. No sodas, juice or alcohol. Drink plenty of water instead.

9. At meals fill up with vegetables rather than meat, potatoes or other carbs.

10. Eat slowly; your stomach needs 20 minutes before it registers that it is full.

These are sound weight loss tips which if applied over a two week period will enable you to drop 5 to 10 lb

So, there you have it. Now that you’ve been given a 10 step rapid weight loss program, the next step is up to you. Take this information and make use of it. It’s easier to do nothing, but in the end you will thank yourself for having taken action on this.
