I am not sure if this is helpful as my comments are based on the UK situation. In the UK (as in the US) weight loss pills are classified as a food supplament for which there is no lower age limit. Some cashiers/shop assistants take a decision and refuse to sell weight loss pills to young people (under 16).

Hi. I have worked as a cashier at a supermarket for over 10 years and we have never had to I.D anyone that has purchased diet pills. I don’t know what State you are in, but here in California there is no age limit as long as they’re over the counter. Hope this helps.

Ummm… if your asking this question, your probably still young and beautiful. dont go off and poison your body with pills that dont work
It’s not recommended that people below the age of 16 use any form of slimming pill. In my opinion, the age limit should be 18. Or perhaps even 21. Diet pills can be extremely detrimental to your health if used incorrectly – so be careful. Even worse, some slimming pill products are actually made from dodgy substances and are sold on illegal websites. Avoid these like the plague. If you absolutely must use weight loss pills, be sure to buy from a reputable source.
