I’m trying to get myself back in shape for summer but I decided i’m gonna take a shortcut and use diet pills. Any suggestions on which ones are affordable and give great results?

    None of them are affordable, and if one of them worked, everyone would be using it. Here’s what I do when I need to drop weight fast: I eat an apple for breakfast with unsweetened iced tea (Lipton’s) and take a multi-vitamin. After 12:00 I have a banana and drink water. Take a walk or do some kind of exercise. For dinner, eat something light. If you eat meat, have some broiled chicken and veggies; if you are a vegetarian, skip the meat.

    Diet pills dont work and in fact could be hazardous to your health. There was a diet pill that got recalled this year because it caused LIVER problems. No matter what you do, in order to lose a healthy amount of weight you need to have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies(which make you feel full), not so much on the grains, dairy and protein(about the size of your fist). But dont skip out on your favorite junk either like cake, but narrow it down to only once or twice a week. Always go by the recommended amount for any food. Also this is obvious here, but you’re going to need an exercise routine that works best for you and your schedule. Its recommend that the average person exercise 3-5 times a week.

    A diet pill won’t solve your problems. You still need a good diet and exercise. however, I disagree that all diet supplements are unsafe.

    Personally i favor natural solutions since they can aid in weight loss and are good for your health, as long as the proper dosage is taken. Green tea supplements are popular since they are obviously completely safe. The Chinese have been drinking green tea daily for thousands of years.

    Studies by the University of Chicago’s Tang Center for Herbal Medical Research showed that blood levels of sugars, fats and cholesterol are reduced when you drink green tea regularly. An extract is more concentrated than just drinking tea it on its own, so this makes it an effective weight loss tool.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
